When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 48 business hours of placing your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind our timeline is based on Pacific Standard Time and may reflect differently in your time zone. If your order is placed anytime after Friday at 3 pm (PST) your order will be shipped the following Monday. *please note Holiday processing time may take longer due to high demand*

How long does shipping take?
The average delivery time is 14-20 business days depending on your region or country.
I haven't received my order - what now?
Contact our customer service at, we will check the status of your order within 24 hours and notify you as soon as we are aware.
Am I responsible for international taxes and customs charges?
Yes. Filosofia is NOT responsible for paying any duties/taxes that are applied to your package. Customs clearance payments must be made by the customer. Customs charges vary country by country. Contact your local postal service or customs offices if you have further questions. If you do not take care of the customs charges, your package may be delayed.
What will happen to my refund if I do not accept to pay the additional fees at customs or accept my package?
You will only be refunded the difference from the fees to send the package back to our facilities. This process may also take additional 2-3 weeks as we cannot issue any refund until we receive the package. The cost for shipping the item back to us will be deducted and there will also be an additional re-stocking fee of $40 per watch. If you have issues with delivery please let us know. Remember to always fill out a complete address to ensure speedy delivery. You will be charged shipping if you want us to re-ship the package.
Are your packages insured?
All our packages are covered by carriers we cooperate with. Anyway, you don't have to worry, we're liable for all insurance risks. If you package is lost or damaged, it won't affect our customers.
Do you offer faster shipping options?
As of right now, we have a single delivery method which is the most optimal and free for our customers. In the future we will consider express delivery for an additional charge.

We provide free worldwide delivery.

Our executive partner chooses the fastest delivery agents. We cooperate with the most famous international shipping services: DHP, FedEx, UPS, DPD etc.

Is there a warranty for my FILOSOFIA?
We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of your watch purchase. The warranty does not cover customer fault damage, water damage, damage to the glass, strap or case, wear and tear overtime, or loss/theft. The proof of purchase or the order number is required for all warranty claims. Orders outside of the US will be responsible for return shipping of the defective watch. Only ONE return label will be issued per order request.

As of right now we do not accept cash on delivery as a form of payment but we are exploring options to do so in the future.

Filosofia watches use an established and reliable Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement.
What type of leather is used?
Our leather straps are made of genuine cowhide leather

The glass we use for our watches is made of sapphire crystal glass.

Filosofia watches are water resistant up to 5ATM.
How do I replace my battery?
All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or Jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery on your own, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.
Can I receive a damaged item?

How can I return an item?
We can accept returns for the full refund within 30 days of purchase. Your watch must be unworn with protective stickers intact, and have all the original packaging. You may be charged a fee upon returning if ANY of the original packing is missing. If watches are worn, $50 will be deducted from your refund as a strap replacement fee. To initiate a return, please email Please include the proof of purchase, photos of the watch, and the reason for return. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label. Only one label will be issued per order. Please note - shipping cost is non-refundable. *Watches sent back without approval will not be issued a refund.*
When will I receive my refund?
Once we confirm we have received your watch and it follows our return policy, we will issue the refund within 5-7 days. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Return packages are the responsibility of the customer until it has reached our facilities. We are not responsible for lost return packages sent to us.
How long will it take for my exchange/return to be processed?
The time it takes to exchange/return depends on your region of residence. The sooner we receive your item the faster we'll process the return/exchange request.
