Filosofia warrants that Filosofia Products will be free from breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt ("Warranty"). Limitation: This Warranty does not extend to the watchstrap, bracelet, finish and crystal. Warranty Claim: In case of a valid Warranty claim, we will repair, or, at our option, replace any defective Products with the same or a comparable product at our cost. We may refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.

No Other Remedies: You shall have no other remedies whatsoever in case of a Warranty claim. Without limitation, you shall not be entitled to any damages whatsoever (including without limitation compensatory, incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages arising from any or all uses of the Products) or a rescission of the sale and purchase contract for any reason. Null and Void Warranty: The Warranty will become null and void if Filosofia Product is modified or altered, misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart, or if Filosofia Product is repaired by anyone other than Filosofia or one of our authorized repair centers.

How to Claim the Warranty: You must ship or bring the defective Products to Filosofia or one of our authorized representative partners. Please contact us at info@filosofia.shop or information where to ship or bring defective Product and consult with Filosofia's Return Policy on the website. When shipping or bringing your Products to specified location, please pack it carefully and securely. Be sure to include (i) your name, (ii) mailing address (street, city, state, zip code), (iii) preferred phone number (with country and area code), (iv) email address (to help expedite your Warranty claim), (v) copy of our order acceptance email or notification and (vi) your note explaining the nature of the problem.
